Once your order is placed on ROSETTE AK Online Shop, it will be reviewed in 24 hours and dispatched within 2 working days.

We process orders and ship out on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays). Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.

DELIVERY SERVICES

SF Express (standard delivery service)

Once we ship out the orders, customers need to arrange any changes in the address with SF Express by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.

If the shipment cannot be delivered to the customer due to personal circumstances, please contact SF Express directly to make other arrangements. Your order may be cancelled, and you will not be refunded if the delivery cannot be reached several times.
